What’s your policy on food and drink inside the gym?

You’re welcome to bring food and drinks — just keep it simple.


  • Water, protein shakes, and small snacks (like bars) are fine

  • No large meals, hot food, or anything messy on the gym floor 

  • No glass bottles 

  • No alcohol 

  • Avoid open containers near equipment

     

We also have protein bars and drinks available to purchase at the gym if you need something quick.
