What’s your policy on food and drink inside the gym?


You can bring food and drinks — but keep it simple.

Water, protein shakes, and small snacks like bars are fine.
No big meals, no hot food, and nothing messy on the gym floor.

Please avoid glass bottles.
Definitely no alcohol.
No open containers near the equipment.

If you make a mess, clean it up.
If it smells like dinner, maybe save it for after.
