How long does it typically take to repair or replace broken equipment?


We aim to repair or replace any broken equipment as quickly as possible — usually within a few days.

If a part needs to be ordered or if the issue is more complex, it may take longer. In those cases, we’ll do our best to keep the downtime minimal and let members know what to expect.

If you notice something isn’t working, please report it to staff so we can log it and take action.
