  1. Get a staff member immediately (they’re always on-site during open hours)

  2. Explain clearly what happened and where

  3. If no one’s nearby, go to the front desk and ring the bell

  4. In rare cases, if needed: call emergency services directly — 112

  5. Stay nearby if safe, until help arrives or you’re told otherwise
