Lost and found is located at the front desk — right by the main entrance.
Here's how we handle it:
Valuables (like electronics, jewellery, wallets) are stored securely for up to 6 months
Non-valuable items (like clothing, water bottles, gear) are held for around 4 weeks
Perishables (like food, drinks, damp towels) are binned on the day
