Who should I contact if I notice an urgent safety hazard with the equipment?

If something could cause an injury, speak up immediately.


What to do:

  1. Tell a staff member on-site right away

  2. If no one’s available, email us at support@blckgym.ie

  3. Or submit a ticket and mark it URGENT in the subject line


We’ll take it from there:

Our team will inspect, fix, or take the machine out of action until it’s safe again.
