If something's off — squeaky, stuck, or straight-up broken — here’s how to report it:

  1. Let a staff member know in person (quickest fix)

  2. Email a short note to support@blckgym.ie

  3. Or submit a ticket online


🧾 What to include:

  • What it is: machine name, floor/area

  • What’s wrong: e.g. screen not working, handle jammed

  • Optional: attach a quick pic or video
