How can I report that a machine is not working?

If something doesn’t feel right — whether it’s squeaky, stuck, or fully out of order — please let us know so we can fix it as quickly as possible.


How to report it:

  1. Tell a staff member in person
    This is the fastest way to get it looked at right away.
  2. Submit a ticket through our QR code in reception
    If you prefer, you can report it through our online system.

🧾 What to include:

  • What the equipment is (machine name or type + where it is in the gym)
  • What the issue is (e.g. screen not working, resistance stuck, unusual noise)
  • Optional: a quick photo or video can really help us diagnose it faster
