All of our classes are designed to suit a range of fitness levels — you don’t need to be “fit enough” to start.
Yes — everything we run can be adjusted to match where you’re at.
Coaches will offer modifications and progressions during each class, so you can make movements easier or more challenging depending on your ability. You’re always in control of your pace, and there’s no pressure to keep up with anyone else — just show up and put in the work.
If you have any injuries or limitations, just let the coach know before class and they’ll guide you through suitable options.
If you’re not sure where to start:
- Sweat, Circuits, and Full Body Blitz are great all-round classes for most people
- Spin and BoxFit can be more intense, but you fully control your effort level
