All of our classes are designed to work for different fitness levels. You don’t need to be “fit enough” to start.
Here’s what to expect:
Instructors will offer modifications during the session
You can move at your own pace
No pressure to keep up — just show up and keep moving
If you have injuries or limitations, let the coach know before class
Not sure where to start?
Sweat and Circuits are good for most people
Spin and BoxFit can be intense, but you're in control of pace
Legs & Abs and Cardio & Abs are focused — a solid place to begin
