Are There Classes Available For Different Fitness Levels?

All of our classes are designed to work for different fitness levels. You don’t need to be “fit enough” to start.


Here’s what to expect:

  • Instructors will offer modifications during the session

  • You can move at your own pace

  • No pressure to keep up — just show up and keep moving

  • If you have injuries or limitations, let the coach know before class


Not sure where to start?

  • Sweat and Circuits are good for most people

  • Spin and BoxFit can be intense, but you're in control of pace

  • Legs & Abs and Cardio & Abs are focused — a solid place to begin
