We run a range of group classes, all included in your membership.

Here’s a quick overview of what’s on offer:

  • Spin — Indoor cycling. Low impact, high intensity, great for cardio.
  • Sweat (HIIT) — Full-body, fast-paced workouts. A mix of strength and cardio.
  • Circuits — Station-based training combining strength, cardio, and movement.
  • BoxFit — Boxing-style conditioning. Great for fitness and coordination.
  • Full Body Blitz — A full-body session hitting all major muscle groups. Balanced and challenging.
  • LBT (Legs, Bums & Tums) — Lower body and core focused with a mix of strength and conditioning.
  • Tryka — Hybrid training combining strength and conditioning in one session.
  • Masters — A class designed for older members, focusing on strength, mobility, and overall fitness in a supportive environment.

📲How to book:

  1. Log into your BLCK Gym App
  2. Click "Classes" in the top centre
  3. Select your chosen class
  4. Click "Book"
  5. Show up and enjoy!
