- Sweat (HIIT) — Full-body, fast-paced workouts. A mix of strength and cardio.
- Circuits — Station-based training combining strength, cardio, and movement.
- BoxFit — Boxing-style conditioning. Great for fitness and coordination.
- Full Body Blitz — A full-body session hitting all major muscle groups. Balanced and challenging.
- LBT (Legs, Bums & Tums) — Lower body and core focused with a mix of strength and conditioning.
- Tryka — Hybrid training combining strength and conditioning in one session.
- Masters — A class designed for older members, focusing on strength, mobility, and overall fitness in a supportive environment.
