What Types Of Classes Do You Offer?

We run a set list of group classes at BLCK Gym. These are included in your membership.

  • Spin
    Indoor cycling. Low impact, high output.

  • Sweat (HIIT)
    Full-body conditioning. Cardio-heavy. Expect a mix.

  • Circuits
    Strength, cardio, and mobility — station-based. Move, rest, repeat.

  • Legs & Abs
    Focused session. Not easy.

  • Cardio & Abs
    High energy, core-focused. Bring water.

  • BoxFit
    Boxing-style conditioning.

  • View the schedule in the app or website

  • Or ask at reception


📲How to book:

  1. Log into your BLCK Gym App
  2. Click "Classes" in the top centre
  3. Select your chosen class
  4. Click "Book"
  5. Show up and enjoy!
