What types of personal training programs are available?

Sessions are fully customised by the coach, depending on your goals.


Our coaches can help with things like general fitness, weight loss, strength training, performance, or just getting started in the gym.

Sessions can be 1-to-1, 2-to-1, or small group, depending on the coach.

Personal training is arranged directly between you and the coach, so pricing and structure may vary.
