Sessions are fully customised by the trainer, depending on your goals. Just tell them what you’re working towards!


Our trainers will help you with:

  • General Fitness — improve strength, cardio, or just get moving

  • Weight Loss / Body Composition — focused training + accountability

  • Strength Training — build muscle, lift properly

  • Performance-Based — sport-specific, movement-based coaching

  • Intro to Gym — for beginners or returning members who want a refresher


Our trainers offer 1-to-1 PT sessions, 2-to-1 sessions, or small group sessions, depending on the trainer.
