How to Manage Your Billing and Payment Options

Updating your Payment Details:

Keeping your billing and payment information up-to-date is essential for uninterrupted access to your BLCK Gym membership. Whether you're using the website or the app, managing your payment details is simple and secure. Follow the steps below to make changes.


How to Update Your Payment Details on the Website:

  1. Visit the BLCK Gym Website:
  2. Log in to Your Account:
    • Click the Log in button in the top right corner of the website, and log in with your email and password.
  3. Go To Your Profile:
    • Click on the Profile button in the top right corner of the website.
  4. Replace Card Details:
    • Scroll down slightly until you see your saved card, click "Replace" and fill out your new card details to update the payment method, and save.

       


How to Update Your Payment Details on the App:

  1. Open up the BLCK Gym App:
    • Open your BLCK Gym App, if you don't have it you can download it from the App Store or Play Store.
  2. Log in to Your Account:
    • Log in with your email address and password.
  3. Go To Your Profile:
    • Click on the Profile icon in the top left corner of the screen.
  4. Go To Payments:
    • Scroll down slightly and clock on the "Payments" tab
  5. Replace Card Details:
  • Click "Replace" on your saved card, add new card details and save.
